In today’s case study, we would like to go over a patient who came to us with absolutely no upper teeth and no teeth at the back areas of the bottom. All she had was six lower teeth. She came as a referral from a previous patient who was happy with our work. She told us that during her whole life, she was unable to fix her teeth due to financial restraints. However, now she had the extra money and decided to get her smile back!
It was self-explanatory that she was gumming all of her foods prior to the restoration. After the healing period, we fabricated a full-arch implant-supported bridge on the top and two single-unit bridges on the bottom on both sides. We proceeded to insert six upper implants and two lower implants, which allowed us to restore all of her teeth on the top and the bottom.
She was a good patient and always came to her appointments on time, so completing her case was a smooth sail. She was really pleased with the way she looked and felt. For us, it was an indescribable amount of joy to see how happy she was with the results. The best part of our job is using our expertise to bring back the smile of all of our patients.
