Check out our latest YouTube video that goes over what cracked teeth look like in the mouth and on X-ray. In this video, Dr. Nawrocki voices a recommendation of what to do if you have a cracked tooth. There are many different types of cracked tooth injuries. They can happen on the front teeth or your back molars. Regardless, either needs to be treated as soon as possible. In the video you can see what these types of cracked teeth look like superficially and via X-ray.
If you have a crack on your tooth, you should get it treated as soon as possible. Waiting will lead to the crack propagating to the root surface, causing immense pain. The only solution would be to extract the tooth completely. Save your teeth getting them checked by a dentist as soon as possible!
